CRL's Purchase Proposal program is an annual cooperative collection development activity. Member libraries nominate and vote for CRL to purchase microform and hard copy collections that may be too costly or esoteric for individual institutions to acquire. CRL collections are developed by and for the member community, with input and participation of all voting members.
